Recommended order
Step 1: Create your workspace
Register — every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card needed.
Step 2: Connect a WhatsApp number
Nothing else works until a number is connected. See Connect WhatsApp.
Step 3: Teach the AI about your business
Add your website, documents and business details under AI agents → Knowledge, then turn on the agents you need.
Step 4: Automate the predictable parts
Use automation flows for fixed journeys — welcome messages, menus, collecting details — and let AI agents handle open questions.
Step 5: Test, then go live
Use test numbers and the built-in simulators before switching anything on for real customers.
Before you start
- A Meta Business account (business.facebook.com) — Meta requires it for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- A phone number that can receive an SMS or voice call for verification.
- Admin access to your website if you want AI agents to learn from it or to install the chat widget.
Note: Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations separately, based on your usage. Those charges are billed by Meta, not LarkFlow.
