Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 7 days free with Starter limits, and no credit card is needed. Subscribe to any plan during or after the trial. If you don’t, your workspace and data stay; paid limits simply switch off.
How am I billed?
Monthly or yearly, in advance, through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoices and sales tax, and may display and collect payment in your local currency.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again. You can undo the cancellation until then.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades apply straight away: we show the prorated amount due before you confirm, and your new limits switch on as soon as Paddle confirms the payment. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. If your workspace is above the lower plan’s limits, we show exactly what to reduce first; nothing is deleted automatically.
Do you charge per user?
No. Each plan has one flat price and includes a set number of users — 2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 15 on Professional and 50 on Business. Adding people up to that number costs nothing extra; for more users, move to the next plan.
What happens when I run out of AI actions?
Nothing is charged automatically. AI features pause until your AI actions reset at the start of your next billing period, and everything else keeps working. Workspace admins are notified, and on a paid plan you can buy an AI action top-up ($15 per 1,000) from Settings → Billing, or upgrade to a plan with a larger allowance.
Is there file storage?
Yes. Every workspace gets LarkFlow Drive with 5 GB of storage on every plan, for price lists, catalogues, contracts and other files your team shares. Files can be up to 25 MB each.
How do AI action top-ups work?
They’re a one-time purchase in packs of 1,000 AI actions, available on any paid plan from Settings → Billing. They’re added on top of your plan’s allowance as soon as the payment is confirmed and last until the end of the current billing period. Unused top-up actions don’t carry over.
Are WhatsApp messaging costs included?
No. Meta charges for WhatsApp Business conversations and messages separately, directly to your Meta business account, based on your usage and the countries you message.
Do prices include tax?
No. Applicable taxes such as VAT or GST are added at checkout depending on your location.
What about the Business plan?
Business can be bought online like the other plans, monthly or yearly. It includes Creative Pro, API access and priority support. Need custom limits or an SLA? Talk to Sales.
